Come along and enjoy the beauty of the Root River with the Root-Pike WIN and the Root River Council. Come to the North Beach parking lot starting at 2 p.m. Shuttles will take you and your watercraft to Island Park for check-in. The paddle down the river starts at 3:30. The trip ends at the Racine Yacht Club for a spaghetti dinner and live music.
The cost is $5 per paddler. Registrations must be completed in advance by Saturday, May 12. The spaghetti dinner is $9 per person.
